27_9 uses GestPay, the system of Banca Sella for credit card payments via Internet. Your credit card info will be sent to Banca Sella (Help-desk ecommerce, ph. +39.015.2434640) through a secure server that utilizes the SSL3 128 bit protocol, the highest security standard for sending information online. The SSL is issued, certified and guaranteed by Verisign.
The system functions simultaneously on two control levels:
- SSL3 128bit: protects transmission of data from your browser to the Banca Sella server, making it illegible for third parties.
- Verisign: certifies, with a Secure Server ID, that you are really communicating only and exclusively with the Banca Sella server.
Therefore your credit card info will be processed exclusively by Banca Sella for the required payment authorizations. 27_9 will not have access to the credit card data, but only the customer profile (name, address, etc.) required for shipping.
To make things easier, you do not have to open an account. Just click on "buy" for the titles you want, and you will have direct access to your shopping cart.
The books will be shipped by Pacco Celere 3 of Poste Italiane within three days after payment confirmation is received. Each shipment has a tracking code, so you can check on the progress of your shipment at www.posteitaliane.it. We'll send you the tracking code together with your shipping confirmation e-mail message.
The system works for all the countries in the European Community, the United States, Canada and Japan. |
